You can book, modify or cancel your reservation by sending an e-mail to, or by phone +351 707 915 855.

In all cases the request must be made during working hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, for the intention to be considered effective.

Otherwise, the date will be considered effective as of the next business day, and cancellation is free if made 24 hours before the reservation day.

Cost of 50% of the reservation value if the cancellation is made 12h before the reservation time.

100% cost of the reservation value if the cancellation is made in the 12h before the reservation time, or for no-show.

We do not make refunds in case of early departure.

The minimum charge for reservation, or use of room, after the first hour of reservation, is 30 minutes.

Reservations or use beyond opening hours, 9:00am - 6:00pm, may be subject to a fee and to prior confirmation of availability by the secretarial service.
